had a lovely day, the staff were pleasant, the facilities clean and the treatments sublime, left feeling very relaxed. Had a meal in the restaurant afterwards, great food and 25% off. Happy days

I had a spray tan done for my wedding. It was my first spray tan, so I was a little nervous (and apprehensive about rocking the wedding dress in a shade of orange), but I needn't have worried. I asked the therapist to give me a light and natural tan and that is exactly what she did. She made me feel comfortable - which is an achievement in itself when you're standing in a booth with only your knickers (along with a shower cap and sticky foot-pads) to spare your dignity.

The spa was spotless, the staff super-friendly and the ambience was extremely calm and relaxing. The gym was first-rate with plenty of machines to use, and was at the perfect temperature. The pool was lovely and clean, and the sauna was large enough for at least 8-10 people.

A great place to relax!

I went to the spa with family. I had the facial, it was wonderful, my therapist was such a lovely girl and I really enjoyed the treatment. Unfortunately I did not have time to use the pool, so can not comment on that part of the day. My only complaint is that there is not a designated, post treatment relaxation area. If there had been, the overall satisfaction would have rated "spot on"

I had an amazing time, and it was lovely. Staff are friendly and very polite. It was my first facial and I really enjoyed my experience. I would highly recommend this to anybody. Refreshments were provided and were very luxurious. I did find it hard to find, however it is located in the heart of Manchester city centre.

The spa is in the basement of the hotel, pleasant environment and nice to have access to the pool etc. as part of the deal. The treatment was good but felt a little short so not 100% convinced on value for money. Its a handy venue for me so would defintiely consider going back

I booked two packages one for my sisters birthday and the other for me as I thought it would be good to go together and enjoy each others company (any excuse for a treat fo me)!

I booked the treatments with the centre by telephone and the advice and overview of the package was very good and the therapist was welcoming and knowledgable on her advice we decided to go a few hours before the treatments and make full use of the facilities such as the pool, sauna and steam room.

As the package included a hot drink we were offered coffee on our arrival and this was brought to us by the pool whilst we relaxed . After a couple of hours chilling, swimming and sweating! we went for lunch at the hotel as the voucher also had 25% off food as well. The lunch was great and we returned for our treatments.

I had the neck and back massage and my sister opted for a manicure. We both really enjoyed the experience and want to thank both Wahanda for the great offer and Nu Spa for the excellent day out, we were even given a discount of 25% on our next visit, which we will be taking up before too long.

Nice modern pool area, I'm afraid also used by hotel guests ( noisy football fans - teenage boys when we were there) We went with a group of friends (all girls).

There was a slight mix up over the treatments we had booked in advance and my friend was expecting an aromatherapy back massage but received a facial, should have been 35 min but was only 15 min.

My back massage was very relaxing but could have been a litlle longer, just under 25 min. It felt like the therapist was rushed, and because we had booked a great deal we wondered if that had to do with it?!
