I have been visiting Ora for 5 years now and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I like to keep up with the latest trends and Massimo always helps me achieve this. I look forward to visiting Ora as they give excellent customer service and you always feel valued as an individual. Not to mention the head messages are to die for!
I always leave Ora feeling like I have just stepped out of a magazine and I have lost count how many people have asked 'who cuts your hair?'.
I not only like to change the cut on a regular basis but also my colour. I have been every colour imaginable in the last 5 years from Blonde to black and even pink. My hair though has always stayed in great condition.
If you want a hair cut or/and colour that makes people go WOW. Ora is the place to go

I went to this salon after finding a deal on Livingsocial. I arrived on a quiet day, and my stylist was 10 minutes late. He talked me through what I would be doing that day, and helped me choose a hair colour. After having the dye put on my hair, developed, and then washed off I was told that my stylist was late and I would have to wait 30 minutes to have my hair cut. Although they did offer me a complimentary conditioner treatment, I still wasn't pleased at this bad organization. When I got my haircut the stylist cut off too much than what I asked, about 2-3 inches when I clearly stated before I did not want it short at all. I also asked for an asymmetrical cut, and the asymmetry was barely noticeable. A few days later I had a bad reaction to the dye and the right side of my face swelled up for a few days. I rung the salon up, and they weren't apologetic at all and didn't offer a refund. They said that they do not do a patch test for people who have had their hair dye before (like it was my fault). A few months down the line my 'semi-permanent' hair dye has not washed out at all, so now I have to keep re-dooing my roots. Not happy at all with 'Ora Salon' and would recommend anyone to save their money from going to this place.

I go to Piero Gentile at Ora Salon. He's a great stylist and cuts my hair really well.
I like the relaxed atmosphere at the salon and the head massage is excellent.

I popped into Ora Salon as I was thinking about a serious restyle. Having not really done this before I was a bit nervous. I was going from very long to very short, and I wanted a colour... so I asked if they did consultations...
Straight away Anna asked me to come and have a seat, looked at my hair, talked through styles and colours with me and made me feel very at ease.
I spent almost 3 hours at the salon, and Anna was not in the least bit annoyed that we had to keep retrying the colour, he made sure it was exactly the colour I was after, and he spent a long time making sure my hair looked fabulous! As well as this all of the staff were friendly and chatty, and I have had the best salon experience of my life!
I would highly recommend anyone to go, as the staff actually care about what you think of your own hair...

I visited the salon on the weekend and was disappointed by my visit. I'd bought a Groupon voucher that was meant to include a 30 minute rejuvenating treatment as well as a cut with a senior stylist.

I'd had my appointment confirmed by email for 12pm, but I received a phonecall at 11.50am to say that I was late and I should have been at the salon for 11.45am. Not a relaxing start to the treatment.

The consultation I received was good, but I didn't receive the 30 minute rejuvenating treatment, only a five minute shampoo, condition and head massage. When I asked if I was getting the rejuvenating treatment I was told 'this is it' and it was only meant to be a taster.

Otherwise the stylist was nice, although unfortunately she cut off far more hair than I had asked for - a good 4 or 5 inches. It's going to take a while to grow back!

Overall my experience was not relaxing or what I'd hoped for, nor what I was promised by the deal. I was quite upset by the experience.

I have my hair cut and coloured regularly at Ora. Great cut and colour. After years of trying out London salons Ora is the best I have used. Pierro is a wonderful haircutter - who is great at interpreting what I need. Hiero my colourist helped me through getting my hair coloured and I have a look which takes out the grey in a non obvious way - I get lots of compliments I have As a 40 something I like Ora which has a good mix of age ranges - plenty of people getting young fashion haircuts but also providing haircuts for those who are a bit older which are stylish but not too out there. would strongly recommend these guys.

I've been struggling with frizzy hair forever, so trying the Brazilian Keratin treatment was a last-ditched attempt to sort my hair out. It was amazing and the results are truly impressive. The treatment took a couple of hours, when the really helpful staff at Ora applied the chocolatey-smelling product to my hair. The hair is then blow-dried and you can't wash it for three days. But then, once washed... my hair has been transformed. It's really smooth and frizz free, and it's so easy to blow dry now, it only takes half the time. It is meant to last for about 12 weeks and so far, I can honestly say, I am really happy with the results. Many thanks, Ora!

i recently had my hair cut at Ora salon and i was very pleased with the outcome. i love my new hair cut. the customer service there is outstanding!! i would Definitely recommend the salon to my family and friends.
