The masseuse Amy has magic hands! Very relaxing and enjoyable. The spa sits off a corridor of the gym, so not the loveliest surroundings - but the room itself is perfectly calming and clean - and at £35 for an hour it's great vfm.

Great deep tissue massage. Asked how pressure was and focused on my problematic shoulder as requested. Massage was relaxing and left feeling like shoulders were much looser than when I got there.

Had a very very professional and pleasant deep tissue massage, which really worked my knots! These massages should be a little aggressive, I hate it when the masseuse just gently prods your back, and here she really went for it. It was great :)
The Opulence Spa turned out to be a small room off the main gym area, but the space was perfectly set up with everything you need for a great massage experience. My deep tissue massage was performed with great skill and my therapist was able to work out all the knots in my back and shoulders within the one hour massage. The central location is also a plus.
