NYLean25 is a great way to sculpt your body and the staff is extremely helpful in ensure that you get it right.. I look forward to taking additional classes to be in top shape for the summer.
This is a great workout for anyone looking to tone who doesn't have a lot of time. You work the whole body in just 25 minutes. It can't get any better than that!!
NYlean25 is true to its mission of giving people an intense, heart-pumping workout - all in 25 minutes! The class size is small which is nice because you can get individualized attention. Robert/Salim are really good about motivating the class to workout to the fullest. They also care about good form and will make the necessary corrections/adjustments as they monitor the class.
The classes I've been to are held at Tribeca Health and Fitness. You have full access to the gym when you take a class before and after, which is a nice bonus. The place is well maintained and clean. There are three levels with a good layout . - 1st level is check-in /smoothie bar; 2nd is mostly cardio (bikes, treadmills, ellipticals..etc.); 3rd is mostly weight machines and free weights and locker rooms.
Overall, it's a great, no-nonsense sort of place.
