The place itself was ok until my partner tried to cancel their membership, then they try to squeeze every last penny out of her. So when becoming a member make sure you read the terms and conditions, they are written to extract every penny from you, you'll understand when you read them!! I read how to cancel the membership but it made no difference, even when you complete the form on reception, it amazingly goes missing so they can try to get another months payment out of you on top of the obligatory month you expect. When you refuse they pass the debt on and you receive a letter from a collecting agent demanding payment within a week or face court action. Happy when they are getting your money, awkward when you decide to no longer continue.
