Just returned from having a Shellac Pedicure only to find that the right big toe nail is already coming off! So instead of 2-4 weeks this lasted an hour??
Have tried ringing to complain but again there is no answer and no answer machine where I could leave a message.
I also had trouble finding this place because there is nothing on the address to say it is on North End Road and the postcode takes you straight to the back of the building where there is a guard who doesnt even have a clue where North End Parade is?! Unfortunately North End Parade also doesnt come up under google maps either. When I tried ringing the salon there was no answer and I let it ring for about 5 min as I was really lost finding them. Until I just started walking around finding them myself.
Not very impressed at all.

I have read your review and I'm am sorry that the shellac came off 1 of your toes but this sometimes happens. We are always happy to fix any problems like this if the client let's us know. On Saturday's we close at 7pm so that's why you could not get through to the spa. And to answer your question again about our address, as I explained to you on saturday we are part of a residential building so it take you to the entrance of that building. This is our address and I can not change it, their is another shop with the address 7 North End Road so I can Not give this address out to clients either. Most client do not have a problem finding us, if they are not sure they always call or ask the local corner shop where the google map takes them. Sunday's and Monday's are the two days we are closed that is why again nobody answered the phone yesterday when you called. I have also received your email requesting to come in today to fix your shellac on 1 toe, I will be contacting you shortly.
This venue is a few mins walk from West Kensginton station. Staff were friendly and the venue is spotless, My waxing was quick and efficient and I will be heading back soon to get my nails done. If you live in the area or close by, I would recommend trying these guys out.

A great experience, the therapist Mass was very friendly, professional and adorable. Waxing was quick, pain free and well done. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Overall good value for money. I highly recommend this place!

The therapist is very nice, i had a Hollywood wax and it was done in 15 mins and she was sweet.
over all good value for money would go back

The therapist, Mass is very friendly, quick and efficient. You can tell she loves her job. I highly recommend this place!

Visited this salon 2 weeks ago for gel nails which i can say are done with perfection and still lasted me, and i had eye lash extensions done which up till now have lasted me and they charge much less then any other salon in central london i've been too.

I am guilty of neglecting my feet, but now i have had such a relaxing and clean pedicure i will be coming back again. The owner and her employee where very nice and welcoming. we was offered coffees while we had our pedicures done at the same time! it was a lovely experince, me and my friend managed to catch up with a lot of gossip while having our pedicures done.
We have decided this is the best way to catch up with each other.
