Don't bother - the delivery service is appalling. Delivery was confirmed 2 weeks in advance for a morning delivery - by 10pm that day there was still no sign of it. Each day Nosh send you an email to prepare you for the day ahead - what's the point when the delivery doesnt turn up so the emails then become out of sync with your programme.

The contact phone number on the website is a waste of time - the people answering can only take messages for you so cannot even advise if your order was actually sent out nor can they check with their 'courier' service if your delivery is just running late. what sort of mickey mouse delivery service do they use that htey cannot even track orders.

The shakes are pretty useless - very watery. You'd probably be better off making your own!

I did the 3 days juice detox and to be honest don't think I'd bother again. No problems with delivery and service and wasn't even too difficult to stick to (I got a lot less hungry than I thought I would which I suppose shows how the rest of the time I probably eat more than I need to). The juice names and ingredients sound very tasty ('bursting with mangos' that type of thing) but with one exception are pretty thin and whilst not unpleasant, certainly not flavoursome. For the price, would be much better to just blitz some fruit and veg yourself, overall just don't think this was worth it...

These juices were amazing and tasted much better than any i have tasted before . My flatmate also loved the small samples I let her try and we intend to buy them again !

I did the 3 day detox and was surprised to find the smoothies were exactly the same for each day & were not delievered when and where I asked them to be. You are better off going to Pret and spending a tenner on 4 smoothies for the day! Dissappointed and thought it was a rip off I'm afraid.

I had the 3 day juice detox and was impressed by the tasty smoothies! They were efficiently delivered all in one go the night before starting, with labels on each bottle telling you when to drink them. 3 nice juice-based smoothies and 1 not so nice but healthy veg-based smoothie per day. There are also instructions on a bunch of other herbal teas you need to prepare yourself but are pretty easy to buy and do. Make sure you drink the full recommended 3 litres of water a day or you will be seriously dehydrated and dizzy! The only criticism I would have is there is not much support once juices delivered, particularly on the crucial how to break the juice fast, as you can't go straight back to normal food afterwards.

I did the 3 day Detox Diet.
First, the positives: All the juices arrived as one delivery, on time and very nicely packaged. The bottles were larger than I expected so I was hopeful that surviving on 4 smoothies per day might not be so hard after all! The notes with the order were very clear on the programme including when to have the various juices (they are to be drunk in a specific order). Each day had a different selection of smoothies, most of which were very pleasant and tasty. Even the couple that I wasn't keen on were palatable - just not really to my taste. I generally wasn't hungry, although I did feel a bit light-headed at times.
The negatives: The smoothies were very thin, more like water than smoothie consistency. The ingredients' lists on some were very vague (most notably the one that included "green leaves").
Generally, this was a nice healthy kick start to improving my diet but, for the money (even the discounted rate), it was still expensive at nearly £20 per day. Even though I wasn't hungry most of the time, I missed the sensation of chewing/eating and I couldn't wait to finish the 3 day programme. I lost 5 lbs in the 3 days but put 3lbs back on in the same week, despite eating very carefully and lightly. I would consider doing the 3 day programme again as a health kick.

I found the overall experience from Nosh Detox quite mixed. I was delivered my juices 3 weeks early due to an administrative which didn't start the relationship off on the best foot. Having said that the delivery service is a great idea as it means you get your juices delivered on a Sunday evening when you are actually in. The I'm not sure how successful the overall programme has been for me but the juices were quite delicious.

Well this does exactly what it says on the tin. By the end of the three days I felt energized and my stomach was the flattest it's been... well ever I think.

I wasn't keen on the taste of the shakes, but that might be down to personal tastes. I wasn't hungry during the three days, however I did think about food pretty much constantly. The juice detox made me appreciate food so much more. For some reason I didn't expect three days without solids to be that hard. Boy it was tough.

I'd certainly recommend doing it before a big event if you'd like to fit into that dress without having to wedge yourself into your Spanx. Or you've just been indulging way too much and need to give your body a bit of a detox. xx

This was a really good offer, i definitely felt better after having done the 3 day juice fast diet, although i wasn't expecting it be as difficult as it was! It was worth it though!

I recommended this detox juice diet to a client of mine, they were really impressed. Great tasting drinks and support and advice, plus they helped her lose 4kg in 4 weeks ( with my help personal training too! ).
