I was taken for a hair wash as soon as I arrived (a few minutes before my appointment time). I was offered a hot drink which was appreciated on a freezing day. The whole appointment took 45 minutes which was great (Monika was very efficient and knew what she was doing). I was most impressed that the curls lasted for 2 days (my hair is flat and usually the humidity and typical british weather ruins any styling on the same day). I will definitely visit again in future.
