NLFI Rehabilitation and Health Clinic

The Rehabilitation and Health Clinic, owned by the Nature Health Association of Iceland offers specialized rehabilitation programs that provide guests with different types of treatments and schedules tailored to individual needs. The main goal is to make sure that the stay at the Clinic and the treatments provided result in maximum health benefits and optimum functional results.

The Clinic does its best to meet the needs of all guests by enhancing their physical as well as mental well being. During workdays we offer lectures, discussion sessions(in icelandic), hiking, water gymnastics, back and neck exercises etc. Private consultations (supportive interviews) are offered to guests who have suffered mental or physical traumas from various reasons.
