I made this appointment on Sunday night for 1pm on Tuesday so that I could have my hair done before going out. I received an email after 10am on Tuesday letting me know that they were fully booked so would be cancelling my appointment, I did not see this email until I had already set off, would have been nice to have a phone call. Not sure if this was a glitch between their systems and treatwells or a case of a regular customer taking a new customers slot, either way, disappointing.
