Hands down the worst spa experience I have ever had. The treatment rooms are downstairs, and the decor in the treatment rooms has a blue and pink neon colour scheme that feels like you are in a bad 80's movie. The pink neon lights are awful! The treatment rooms are cold (both in feel and in temperature) and uncomfortable.
