After calling to complain from my previous bad experience, I received a call from the manager there, Andrea. She apologised and asked if she could have another chnace at keeping me as a customer. I relectantly agreed, but I am glad I did. She did a VERY nice job for me! She was attentive, thorough, and the experience was very nice. In the end, it was one of the better pedicures I've had in Belfast. Perhaps they had an off day when I went, but they were very kind to try and make it up to me, and they did! Thanks New York Nails!
the worst!!! Stay away!! £32 for a "spa pedicure." More like letting me sit in tepid water for 20mins while she attended to chores and then a quick nail polish change. No massage. No cleaning under or around the nail. No pumice. Terrible. It is so bad, i have to go get another pedicure somewhere else to fix this one I will NEVER go back!!!
