I had a wonderful reflexology treatment as a present from my girl friends while heavily pregnant. Despite having used Neal's Yard products for the past couple of years, I'd never actually taken it upon myself to go and try out any of their in-store treatments. But when I heard about the new Vitality MOT, I decided to take a trip to their flagship store and therapy rooms in Covent Garden.
