I visited Neal's Yard hoping to buy some herbs behind the counter. The sales assistant was chatting with a friend so looked around for 10 minutes. Whilst waiting at the till the assistant completely ignored me and didn't greet or ask if I needed any help. At this point I left the shop without purchasing any products. Not happy with the service at this store at all.
