It is predicted by the NHS that by 2010 over 1/3 of all adults in the UK will be classed as obese. Thankfully more people are beginning to realise the massive benefits of exercise but unfortunately many of these people join a gym & end up giving up through boredom & lack of motivation. We have worked as personal trainers & freelance instructors for years in many different gyms & have seen a massive amount of people dissatisfied with their club. People are unhappy for many reasons, from lack of cleanliness to a lack of individual care. We knew we could do it better, so thought ‘yeah, lets give people what they are asking for.’ We have a friendly, clean, warm environment, and most of all we care….lots. So much so, if we don’t know your name by your third visit we will give you a free class pass. Our ultimate goal is to expand our studios so we have a little gym on the side, possible separate spin room & a crèche for the mums out there. We do not want to be huge….that’s where the lack of individual care come in!! So come & take a look for yourself & take the 3rd visit name challenge…..
