The salon area in store looks very tired and dated and a bit dirty and sad looking. The staff were nice enough but were struggling with a sink that wasn't working and they said it hadn't been working for some time and didn't know when it would be.
I booked my pedicure on a 50% off offer and it was ok for the money but there's absolutely no way I'd pay the full price of £48 in the future. I'd go back to Aveda in Holborn or Fortnum and Mason's Beauty A la carte in Piccadilly which are both streets ahead in terms of ambience and luxury and are actually just a bit cheaper than Nails inc.
The pedicure itself was ok but lacked some of the attention to detail that I normally expect when having a full pedicure.
So my overall impression is that if you're paying normal rates then it's too expensive but if you get an offer like the one I had Nails Inc are ok for a functional rather than luxurious treatment.

I managed to get booked in for a last minute quick manicure on the 23rd December before I went home for Christmas. I expected it to be so busy that there were no appointments but luckily they were able to fit me in for just over an hour later so I went off to get the last bits of my Christmas shopping in the meantime!
My nails were in desperate need of some attention since I'd left it so long after my last manicure, so the therapist had a difficult job on her hands but gave me the sparkliest red nails with perfect squares. I was really pleased with how well she shaped them as they really were so broken and and awkward. I'll be sure to pop in here again if I'm ever stuck!
