I had a same problem with the other person who rated 1 star.
I bought 75min massage voucher but it lasted 35min.
Therapist left me to take top off but she didn't come back for 10min,
therefore massage lasted only 25min.
I argued , they were not having it.

I took photo of the clock to prove how much time I spent in there,
When I complained to voucher company, THEY LIED THROUGH THEIR TEETH!!!
said I was late for appointment (I even arrived early) I didn't have any consultation but
said I had consultation etc...
I attached the email they sent me, I am beyond words !!

This lady arrived late for her appointment it was 2.10pm, the lady was given a consultation form which she did fill in as we have it here, she had her treatment which was 4 minutes short, as the lady complained the therapist should of done something else in the 4 minutes remaining, she was advised that ten minutes should of been deducted from her treatment as someone else was booked in for 3.20pm. The lady argued she hadnt had her full 75minutes and was shown a declaration in the waiting area facing the seating, a sign which clearly states 1hr treatment and 15 minute consultation, which includces times to get dressed, undressed and speak to the therapists if there is any issues/health concerns to be discussed. the only contra indication we were made aware of on her consultation form is ezcema, and as we use grapeseed oil in the treatment this wouldnt of been a problem area to discuss.

We always advertise the treatment time is 1hr and a 15 minute consultation time totals the 75 minutes.

As this lady did indeed receive an hour treatment i would not be refunding the cost, i am however concerned as it is clearly advertised incls a 15 minute consultation on all our advertisements including the website.

I got a gift voucher for 1-hour massage at Mystic & Holistic and as in the past I had had bad experience with services provided by other beauty salons offering Groupon vouchers, I was a bit apprehensive to use salons from such websites. Having had the massage now, I'm so glad that I got this present (I had a full body massage).

The staff is very nice, friendly and at the same time professional. Before your first treatment you're asked to fill in a form to identify whether there are any areas/illnesses to be aware of (i.e. problems with your knees, muscles etc). The room was nicely dark (dimly lit) with relaxing music on, the therapist looks after you really well - she asked if the music is not too loud, if I'm comfortable, if you're warm enough etc etc, even put a warm towel straight from a radiator onto my toes as my toes were a bit cold that morning :) The therapist is really good at finding the areas that need to be more focused on and works the knots really well. The session did last full 1 hour and I can't fault the service in any way.

I would recommend it and would return in the future.

BAD REVIEW, Please read!

My partner had bought me a full body massage from a voucher website. The voucher stated it was for 75 minutes.
I did NOTreceive the 75 minute massage and only received less than 30 minute massage in total!
I attended for the massage at 8pm and had the 15 minute consultation (including time spent getting ready and getting onto the bed). I came off the bed minutes before 8.45pm!

Not only was my time cut short, but the therapist also left during the session for a toilet break. This is understandable, however i would have expected extra time at the end.

The voucher deal also specified an indian head massage, which i didnt get.

Throughout this time, the lights were garishly bright, so i couldnt relax.
The radio was playing instead of relaxation music, so i found it hard to switch off after a hard day at work.
I work very closely with complementary therapists so know what to expect from a therapy session.

On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I will not be returning and want to make people aware that they will not be getting the great deal they hoped and paid for!.

The staff were nice and friendly, helpful and experienced. Good treatment and left feeling happy and relaxed. Felt I got value for money. Have run out of things to say but have to write 30 words.

I visited early September and felt I had to review on return from holiday.
I had a treatment with Nic who is chatty, funny and an absolutely brilliant therapist. I have massage on a monthly basis and have tried many places. I decided to come here as it's close to where my parents live, 120 miles from home! I was so impressed, this is absolutely the best massage I had ever had.
I have numerous long term back problems and of late even my massages haven't alleviated it.
Nic used a relatively gentle and less painful technique than other therapists I've been to but I could feel the pain subsiding even during the treatment. She immediately identified the problem areas without prompting which doesn't happen with inexperienced practitioners.
I will be coming back and will definitely make a special trip for the service.
A few words on the other stuff, I got a lovely cup of tea, had a great chat with the staff, the treatment room was lovely a warm and relaxing. If you don't know Eccles it's not the most salubrious of locations but this is hardly important , this is a total gem of a place.

I was lucky enough to visit this lovely salon for a facial, and what a great experience it was ! the stafff made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, and the facial was excellent, left feeling refreshed and happy. thank you ! i will be returning very soon.

I am a complementary therapist myself and it's nice to have somebody do a treatment on me for a change!
The place is clean, tidy and I always get a warm welcome. The staff really know their stuff too, are very professional, and always know which areas to concentrate on each time I go

Have been coming on a regular basis with my friend (it's our fortnightly treat). We usually go after shopping at the Trafford Centre as it's the perfect way to relax away from the kids lol! The staff are lovely and warm, always remember what we talked about during our last sessions, and always manage to work out our tensions and knots. Good value for money too.

Highly recommend this place, already looking forward to our next treatments.

I got this as a deal for myself and my sister, its was very easy to find as the member of staff gave me details for my sat nav to use and where to park. We were treated very respectably with care and felt that and the staff were very professional yet down to earth which is what we like in people. The treatments were beautiful, sooo relaxing, and was different compared to other hot stone treatments as my therapist used crystals with the stones. My sister also thoroughly enjoy her massage too. Our experience was absolutely fantastic and we have already booked another treatment at mystic holistic and can't wait. Well done girls see you all very soon. Sammy x
