Since opening the business in 2001, it has grown organically from the original fitness concept to embrace other aspects of well being. Emma advocates a holistic approach to treating the body as well as the mind. MyBody Studios ® is now a co-operative of small self-employed business operating under one roof. All the therapists are experts in their chosen field. It is a one stop shop for everything to do with the body encompassing not only fitness but health and beauty also.
