After 3 full on days on the slopes I decided it was time to give my aching muscles some well deserved tlc and headed to Mineralia this morning. Even though my appointment was not until the afternoon I was told I could use the facilities as much as I liked until then, which I totally did! Have to highlight the jet pool with amazing views of the Alpine scenery. After much soaking and steaming it was time to get my Relax massage. I could not have asked for a more perfect combination of soothing of sore muscles and physical and mental relaxation. Aurora, my therapist, had the hands and touch of an angel and left me completely regenerated and feeling like I was walking on clouds. Even the reception staff giggled and my beaming smile on the way out. Thoroughly recommend Mineralia if you ever come to the Pragelato Resort or even if you are staying further afield.
