Positives: Location is very central; spa was quiet and clean; therapist was very good and I loved my massage; AFTer the massage, relaxation room was relatively empty; fitness room is well equipped but when there are many people, it's a bit small.
Negatives: Too many people having treatments at same time; relaxation room was packed. There were only 5 lounge chairs and probably 12-15 people waiting for a treatment so I had to sit on my husbands lap and I watched many people look inside and then leave the room as there was no space to wait in. Locker room was a bit small when many people were there.

This place is great the Sauna and Steam are a great addition and the massage is good, my therapist seemed quite knowledgeable and was friendly.
I think I would visit again if I could get some vouchers for money off
I found it easily and was not too busy.

Full body message was perfect - very relaxing and rejuvenating. Therapist very friendly. Changing rooms were a bit cramped and would have been good to have more privacy, but overall facilities were good.

The place is small but lovely, nice and relaxing, especially if there is no one else around. A bit dissapointed with tea / water facilites, as there was only still water and a couple of apples.

Therapist who did my facial was lovely and did a very good job. The spa was upkept and had nice amenities, it was a lovely and very relaxing afternoon with my 2 friends, maybe just a bit smaller of a spa then I expected.

I went to the Mayfair with a 241 day passto the Spa.
They were very accomodating when I realised I had forgotten to book my slot and squeezed us in at 2pm.
The Spa was not busy. They seemed to stagger the customers so that if you took the traditional route of steam, saun, then tea and relax you would always find room to sit and feel comfortable. There were times when there were people chatting in the relax room but that wasn't the spa's fault -people just have different definitions of the term relax.
There was a moment when the room ran out of cups but these were quickly replenished.
All in all a wonderful day, Thank you Mayfair hotel spa

The treatment at this spa was really nice, the products came in generous helpings in pretty metal dishes and I was surprised that the mud made our skin so soft! There was good advice about avoiding getting it in your eyes etc.
The private steam room was nice, but there were 2 seats quite far apart, so not great for sitting and chatting, and wouldn't be very cosy for a couple. Lovely hot rain shower afterwards (I have heard other places run cold water onto you!) Only complaint during the treatment was we could hear a clunking noise that I think came from the mechanics of the steam room, and was a little distracting from the overall relaxation.
The spa itself was having a bit of work done in one of the corridors, which was unsightly and made a bit of a weird smell. It was also quite noisy. The receptionist who showed us how the room worked (you don't actually have a therapist for this treatment) was fine, but not overly friendly or informative. I was also surprised that she walked us through the whole spa in our (and her?) outdoor shoes.
Overall not bad value for money, the treatment itself was really very nice. If you don't want to fork out, I would find out what "mud" they use and buy some for home!!

The venue was spotlessly clean and had a great relaxing ambience. The therapists were pleasant and friendly. They were very professional and explained the procedure to me, as this was my first Rasul. It was truly relaxing and I felt totally refreshed. I had a great time, the service was the best ever. I'm looking forward to going back again and I would highly recommend this spa. Thank you!
