The spa is located in the iconic Mayfair Hotel, a luxury 5 Star London property, set in exclusive Mayfair in the heart of the capital. Opened in 1927 by King George V, The hotel has recently undergone a £70 million refurbishment. The new contemporary interior boasts creations from some of the world's top design houses including sofas and chairs are by Fendi, chandeliers by Baccarat and paintings from St Petersburg.
Negatives: Too many people having treatments at same time; relaxation room was packed. There were only 5 lounge chairs and probably 12-15 people waiting for a treatment so I had to sit on my husbands lap and I watched many people look inside and then leave the room as there was no space to wait in. Locker room was a bit small when many people were there.
