The centre's unique space has a 3500sq ft personal training gymnasium, a soundproofed studio for freeform one-to-one or group training, two physiotherapy treatment suites, a 25m sprint lane, technogym strength training equipment, extensive freeweights, and specialist aerobic machines including upper body ergo and permanent gait analysis, features which make the centre and Matt Roberts' services unique.

In addition to the centre's fantastic training facilities and programmes, clients can relax in the secluded and luxurious changing rooms, fitted in white limestone. The interior is designed by Matt Roberts to enhance its purpose, with rare Nordic Ash floors throughout the training space. Dynamic and inspiring photography by leading British photographer John Davis injects energy to the clean, calm gymnasium, and dramatic original artwork from Claire Reiss features in the lobby.
