A high level of training is imperative for the technicians in the salon as realistic looking nails require the technicians to develop great skills in application, finesse and finishing and an eye for design. These qualities are demonstrated in the salon on a daily basis.

I have had the Shellac pedicure and manicure about 5 times now since a friend suggested getting it done at Marco Benito's. I found the voucher on Wahanda and thought I'd go for it.
On my first visit the technician (Eleni - who is great) was really considerate and explained the process, the aftercare and was patient whilst I debated the important colour choice. She is professional and friendly and because of this I've been back to the same technician every time I have gone back to get my nails done. The atmosphere is friendly, and the other technicians also seem lovely and what I really like is that they all share their views on colours and style when you ask so you get ideas and suggestions, they don't just tell you what they think you want to hear, they are honest and friendly, and I like that.
The pedicure lasts a very long time, after 6 weeks my toes still looked freshly done, my hands last about 3 - 4 weeks max. NB - You can only use the voucher when you are having hands and feet done together, so I tend to just pay seperately for my hands if I want to get them done in between.
I think the loyalty scheme they operate is a great idea and does encourage me to return. I also love the other services they offer. I get my brows done and also I've had eyelash extensions which looked amazing, were applied beautifully and removed as and when I wanted them to be, again with ease, and without any pulling or loss of my natural lashes.
I like the appointment system, and the stance they take, you make a £10 deposit per treatment (so with this voucher it would be £20 deposit, but you get it refunded on the day of your treatment as long as you arrive on time to get the treatments done) but it means as a customer you aren't waiting around because people have turned up late, which when you are in a rush or busy, is welcomed.
Can't say enough good things about the salon, its a real find.
