I can't fault Marcela's, I really can't. Its a lovely salon, from the decor to the service you receive. I have found Marcela's to be one of the best places in London to have a mani/pedi. I have visited many times and all the nail technicians have been excellent, they really take care with what they are doing and the results are always impressive. Nails always look gorgeous after, really neat and glossy. Will always return.

Had a manicure (£28). Including buffing, shaping, cuticle cleaning, exfoliation, painting and brief hand massage. The therapist, Caciana, did an absolutely brilliant paint job (I cooked all weekend, bashed my nails about the kitchen, and not a single chip or dent on the 4th day after the manicure).
There are two other nail salons just around the corner on Kensington Church Street - Julie's and Kensington Nail Bar - and they both score zero points for hygiene and quality, even if they come at cheap prices. In comparison, Marcela is pricey but I'll happily pay for it as the place is clean, staff are professional, and the treatment was top-notch.

This is the best place in Kensington for a pedicure that i have come across. The three specially designed pedicure "thrones" allow you to relax and chat to your friends in total comfort. The therapists are professional. skillful and very thorough. I have been here twice and each time my precisely tidied toes have stayed perfect far longer than any other pedicure i have had. A really enjoyable treatment and well worth the money.
