Terrible experience, terrible salon and terrible customer service. The salon is dirty and bland, the staff unprofessional and slack. The stylist creative ability diabolical... I came away with grey hair, couldn't get back to the salon as I live 30 miles away and all that was offered was a correction knowing that I couldn't get back to the salon. please avoid this salon ladies and gents.. Its the worse I've ever been too...

I recently went to the new salon which luci has opened in wellington and very pleased with the service i had, there was a lovely atmosphere and Luci new exactly what style and colour i wanted my hair!

recetly had my hair done at lucis and then some waxing after, all my appointments ran smoothly and there was no problems

my boyfriend usually has his hair cut in a barbers and recently went into Luci's just on the of chance and is now going to continue going here, the cut was amazing and emelia the hairdresser pays great attention to detail, looks brilliant!!
