What I really liked about Lily is the way she did my highlights. I hate leaving a salon with roots because the hairdresser did not brush the product as close to the root as possible. This was not the case with Lily! The cut was also great!

I have had several haircuts and styles from Tammie and have always been impressed with the results. The staff are very friendly and easy to chat with. If you live in the area I definitely recommend this place!

I had a nice Dermalogica facial. The only downside was after I had got dressed the therapist came back in the room and started to do a skin analysis and recommend products when all I wanted to do was go home.

Luca Salon has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and great customer service. I had a wash, cut and blow dry with Max and I was really happy with the outcome. During my consultation he listened to what I asked and he showed me different styles that would suit me and how much he would take off the ends and what length the layers would be. The finish and cut was great and stress-free and my hair looks great. Max blow dried and straightened my hair into exactly the style I wanted.

i did not have my hair cut with top stylist and as i was not booked in on the date/ time given to me. While i did get my haircut and didn't have to wait long for an alternative hairdresser, i didn't really get what the voucher specified. Staff were friendly and haircut was ok.

I called and booked Max for my haircut however when I arrived Max did some kind of consultation with me establishing what I wanted before then handing me over to a colleague and explaining what I wanted instead of just including her from the start. A strange ineffecient Chinese whispers ensued where I then had to explain once again what I wanted from my hair cut.

I am not precious about my hair. Got lots of it and it grows fast so was not too upset after the haircut. Although it is the worst haircut I have ever had. I was in and out of the salon in 45 minutes, including my double consultation talk, wash and head massage and then a cut and blow dry. I am used to hairdressers taking the time to cut the hair instead the actual hair cut was done in few minutes and more time was spent blowdrying it into a style.

A week later I can see how bad the cut is, uneven and unflattering. I would not recommend this salon, they might be better when they spent more time on each customer's haircut and one person does the consultation and the cut.

Luca salon seems to be a lottery, they have good and bad days but is it worth the gamble if you end up with an eternal bad hair day?

I was very happy with my cut and highlights and felt save in the hands of my hairdresser. Nice atmosphere and good service in general. The blow dry was excellent and lasted quite long. Happy to recommend the salon as I would go back myself.

I booked in a colour, cut and conditioning treatment at Luca - and am very, very happy with the result. Upon arriving, my hairdresser and a senior member of the team spent 15 minutes discussing what I wanted and offering suggestions. I felt that they took the time to listen to what i wanted and to offer sensible suggestions - for example, I have a young baby, so they were keen not to suggest things which would take up a lot of time or require a lot of maintenance.

Tammie did my colour and cut and it is definitely one of the best haircuts I have had. The atmosphere in the salon was friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend this place to other people, based on my experience. Great value for money!

The cut was quick and stress-free and my hair looks in so much better condition. I wasn't pressured to buy any products, and Tame blow dried my hair into exactly the style I wanted.

I will definitely be back and would recommend Luca Salon.

At the beginning I was all stressed, because waxing is not a very pleasant treatment in general. Before I attended Luca Salon I had one waxing treatment in my life and that one was a complete disaster.
However, thanks to very professional and friendly Amy my feeling about waxing is now completely different. Thanks to her I found out that waxing can be much less painful and stress free. I would definitely consider attending this kind of treatment in Luca Salon again.
