This is not a professional business it is a sideline and a rip off, Matthew has no idea how to run a holistic treatment rooms and he certainly has no business acumen, customer service or even fundamental manners. The worst thing is, he doesn't even care. He doesn't answer calls, emails, messages, complaints, or turn up for appointments. The place is not very clean, it smells and is no way lovely surroundings for pampering. I didn't get as far as the treatment as I was let down and after waiting for him for 35 minutes after a 3 hour drive I left, very annoyed. I have lost £39 through groupon as Matthew claimed that I had my treatment when I hadn't. It surprises me that people like this can sleep at night. DO NOT GO HERE!
