Both my treatments very absolutely enjoyable and the location was great, to wrap up a bit of shopping with a relaxing massage. The staff was friendly and ambiance good. I would definitely come again, but it’s the value for money (with a voucher) that makes this option the most attractive!

great massage, really friendly masseuse, busy hairdressing salon, can hear music through the walls, but massage was good and i felt great afterwards. they made a bit of an attempt to sell products/ etc afterwards but it was ok to say no.

I went for a massage. It was ok, I've had better previously. I was never asked if the pressure was ok and would have preferred a bit more. The room was in a hairdressers downstairs. It was a clean room and fine for what was needed. Not sure I would return again unless it was a good deal.

I bought wahanda voucher for massage and environ facial, which I though was a good value. I had no problem booking my appointment at a convenient time. The beauty rooms are on the lower grounds floor of a hairdressing salon, but they are soundproofed well and there was no chemical smell from the hair salon either. My therapist was great, very thorough and knowledgable. I really enjoyed the massage, pressure was quite firm, just right for me. Therapist focused on my problem areas without me prompting her. The facial was also very good. I will definitely book for another treatment in the future.

I went to Loconego to take advantage of complete back package. I was not very impressed by the treatment. The massage part was just a tiny strokes, I was not able to feel it at all. It the end I was very bored and requested to finish it early. I think the therapist didn't make any effort.

Location on Kings Road was great. Staff are proffessional and made you feel at ease. Got a smile at reception and another staff member asked what drink I wanted while I waited.
The beauty room was a room off the ground floor of the hairdressing salon. There was a staff cutting a clients hair and after other colleagues were having a chin-wag. You could hear them talking from the room. Despite this, it was relaxing.
The therapist was friendly and knowledgable. Was looking forward to the massage as I have alot of tension, knots and stiffness. Didn't really enjoy the massage techniques used.
The back scrub, exfoliation was good.

The location was quite central but the venue is quite far away from any tube station. The venue was good and stuff was nice, the therapist I got was quite nice and she did a good facial and massage.

I absolutely love Lockonego and would return time and time again. The location is really good (just off the Kings Road) and the staff are fantastic, particularly Carolina who did my massage. I would recommend highly.

My total treatment took less time than I'd paid for - 15 mins less, which is not something that can be just written off.
My massage was terribly painful, and even after indicating this to my therapist, she continued at the same pressure level. It's been a week and my shoulders are still in pain.
My facial was just a cleanse and a moisturize, with a 10 minute blackhead cleaning spree. I would have appreciated the remaining 10 mins I paid for to be used to soothe my face, but when I left I still had the extracted blackheads all over my face.
The staff were friendly only towards clients they knew and new customers like me were ignored.
I will most likely return only once more, but only because they handed me a 50%-off voucher on my next visit.
