I went for a manicure and once again a pleasant experience. Lindy filed my nails, soaked my hands in a lovely soak, exfoliated them and then put a warming mask on before doing my manicure. The only down side once the very low selection of colours available which Lindy explained. I opted for a lovely red and the results were very nice. I would get another manicure there but hope there is more colour selection next time.

I went for a eyebrow & lash tint. Again pleasant surrounding and welcoming environment. The tints were done quickly and neatly and I was happy with results. Lindy is very professional and good at what she does. I would visit again for the same treatment.

Very small venue but pleasant and friendly. I had eyebrow wax which was done quickly and virtually painless. Lindy was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I would visit again for same treatment.

This was my first visit to Lindy's Escape and I have to say it was disappointing...
I purchased a facial through Wahanda which seemed good value so booked to have a back massage at full price at the same time. I’d been looking forward to it all week and spent time looking through the different facials I could have. When I arrived I was surprised to find my therapist wasn’t the lady I’d spoken to on the phone (Lindy) but a girl covering for Lindy who seemed to be very inexperienced and didn’t deliver to the standard I was expecting.
I didn’t receive the facial I requested (Youthful You) which included a peel off mask and I felt like the therapist was just passing time leaving me with different products on then washing them off after running the water numerous times throughout the treatment.
The back massage was ok but definitely not worth £25 (extremely over priced – I have never paid anything like that for a 30 minute treatment even in the city centre)!! The couch didn’t have a whole for my face so I walked out with a crick in my neck and the therapist noisily squeezed herself around the bed about ten times during the massage.
The treatment room reeked of paint and I was told not to touch the walls as it was wet, hard to do as the room was so small – also the amount of noise was terrible coming from the other rooms, people walking on the hard floors and talking loudly - not at all relaxing!
To top it off, after over an hour of talking about my skin type I was awkwardly handed some testers and told that as I’d mentioned having ‘sensitive skin’ to try them, this annoyed me because I’d not once mentioned that I had sensitive skin, it was very obvious the reason she said that was because that’s all she had left in her cupboard!
Overall I didn’t rate my experience, I felt worse after than when I went in and sadly won’t be returning to this salon again.

Visited Lindy a few times now & its always a pleasure. Lindy is very professional, friendly & always welcoming. This time enjoyed a deluxe manicure (perhaps a little more choice of colours would have been good but this was a voucher offer so excellent value). Eyebrow shape 7 tine plus eyelash tine excellent.
Thanx again Lindy. Will definately be back for more.

I dont have facials very often but was very impressed with this one and would highly recommend Lindy's Escape, very relaxing and felt totally refreshed afterwards and got some handy tips too.

I went yesterday for a detox facial through whanda it was great

Lindy has magic hands! She made me feel very relaxed from the minute I arrived. Her massage technique is very intuitive and she clearly knows how to get rid of those knots. The facial was also fantastic and she pays particular attention to problem areas, I have dry skin and a flaky nose so she made sure she applied extra exfoliation where needed. I have been three time already and will definitely keep going back. The products she uses are all paraben free as well so this is a plus for me.

Experienced beauticial that knew how to give a proper facial rather than a young fresh out of college experience.
