This was a great offer. Fantastic experience and the facial was one of the best I have ever had. Located in Knightsbridge the location and ambience were excellent and would definitely recommend if they do an offer again.

When I arrived (on time) my therapist was still dealing with her previous client chatting about various products so I was asked to wait. This meant I was taken to the treatment room more than 5 minutes late. I was then left (for longer than necessary) to get undressed.

The facial itself felt quite luxurious - the various aromas and textures of the products were lovely and the facial massage was pretty good. That said, it would have been nice if they had provided a hand massage while the steamer was on.

After the treatment I returned to the reception area to find that not only had the therapist not gone over time since she started late (due to her running late), she actually finished 5 minutes early. I subsequently found out that the reason for this was so she could tell me about, i.e. sell, the various overpriced products. Being barraged with an information overload after a nice relaxing facial was not really what I needed.

Although I enjoyed the facial, it was around 45 minutes rather than an hour; starting the facial late and finishing early so that they can sell their products was not appropriate and in the end I left with a sense that the place was pretentious. I won't be returning.

Loved my visit - the venue is quite small which made the experience feel very private and select.
My therapist was very tentative and really made me feel that the facial was perfectly suited to me,
asking questions as she went . She also made sure I was happy with everything that she was doing. Afterwards I really felt like my skin had had a real treat and was better for it . Best facial

Fantastic facial, any my skin looked really good afterwards.Staff friendly too. With the Wahanda voucher it was great value. Would go back as a special treat, or if Wahanda did more vouchers.

Terrific experience as per usual. Very thorough Haute Couture Facial and fab products used with expertise by the therapist Anna. Results are great.So well recommended to everyone who would like to improve one's skin condition.

I had a wonderful facial by Gosha (?). I really couldn't fault the facial - a light but thorough touch during the face massage and a completely painless extraction. Whilst it was voyeuristically fascinating, I found all the signed celeb client photos in reception rather tasteless. Also, the sound-proofing between the treatment rooms is not adequate. The price I paid ( a mobdeal) was FANTASTIC, but at full price I'd rather go to a truly pampering spa with facilities and relaxation areas (and can get a facial and facilities for the same price). A great shame as I'd really love to see Gosha regularly.

I booked for a Haute Couture facial and expected something very special because of all the celebs references. The treatment I received was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The therapist was great though, she was very knowledgeable and talked through my skin concerns and the treatment she suggested. My treatment included steam, extractions, light peel and mask. My therapist recommended some products but there was no hard sale. She even gave me enough samples to try them out for a week. I really appreciated this because some of the products were great for my skin, but it is hard to see the effect after only one application. I am going to buy some of the products when I return for another facial.

It's quite a bijou salon with very small rooms, but the significant upside is that the rooms are warm (the majority of salons in London are freezing which makes the experience somewhat unrelaxing). There was no one to welcome me at reception and then my therapist arrived and was rushing around for a bit. The facial was good - theoretically tailor made for my skin but did not appear to leave lasting results.

Had a massage here it hit the spot and felt great afterwards.

Although I am not usually a facial fan, I was looking forward to the Linda Meredith facial because of the positive press that this salon has. I was told it is difficult to find, so left plenty of time to find the location. However the lady I spoke to explained the location really well and I arrived way to early but was allowed to wait in the reception area. I was then taken up to a small room to undress. There was not much space to leave one's belongings. The therapist was very caring and explained what she planned to do and why. The facial included more steps than usual which was really nice. After the treatment the therapist talked me through a personalised beauty care plan and offered some samples. She did not pressure me to purchase anything on the spot, which I was happy about as the products carry a heavy price tag. I liked the facial but my face was very red and did not feel too great. This is why I will probably not return as a full price customer.
