Having been to this hotel and spa before for an expensive spa day with treatment it was pleasing to be able to return for an inexpensive day of relaxation (and energy if you wish to avail yourself of the gym!!). Although you don't get the fluffy dressing gowns and towels all the facilities are there for the taking; the sauna, steam room and jacussi as well as the small but perfectly formed swimming pool. If it hadn't been for some raucous girls it would have been perfect - we were able to enjoy the facilities, even the gym facilities and then unwind in the different water therapies which was just what we were looking for. Will be going again ...... and again for that price.

It was a really enjoyable experience. The staff were lovely, the facilities were clean and I would definately go back again to use the spa and leisure club. Unfortunately due to being stuck in traffic I missed my appointment for my treatment. We got there as they were closing the spa but they stayed open a little later so that we were able to have the fish treatment on our feet so that we didn't miss out completely.

i have been twice now on seperate deals, This was really good value for money with the wahanda deal, treatments did not feel like they were being scrimped on at all and luxury products were used.
Only this that was a a negative that easily could be improved on is the lack of loungers, on both occasions, it feels like everyone is eyeing yours up when you have one and once you leave the lounger you will never get one back, not the end of the world granted but if you are on a spa day and once you have treatments there is nothing better than relaxing after, this is something that could easily be rectified as well.
However the staff, lunch, treatments were all 5 * and i would still go again

We arrived quite anxious having been to another package at a different venue previously......... and were welcomed immediately at reception and given a very comprehensive overview of what was included in our special offer. Everything that was in the advert was exactly as we had just heard! - a great start!!!!!

We were given both robes/flip flops and towels without requesting them and were told they (reception) would confirm with the beauty section of our arrival. The pool area was exceptionally clean and water testing took place whilst we were there, we had an excellent swim followed by a welcome sauna, Jacuzzi and steam. it was not overly busy in any area and all clients were clearly having a great day too. Our treatments for the day were not rushed and we were able to select on the day to meet our specific need and mood. The beauty staff were knowledgeable and very supportive of all our aches and pains and did a super job enabling us to relax and enjoy the experience. There was no pushy sales after and no rush whilst nails were left to dry. We certainly would look to go again and to top it all the food in the bar area was well presented and value for money - a thoroughly enjoyable day - thank you.

A good day out in pleasant surroundings. I particularly liked my facial treatment and the nail paint with manicurewas spot on.The pool area was quite small but still very relaxing. The bar serving food was also a hit, reasonable prices and tasty. I will visit again.

Very relaxing facial and back massage. Lovely and warm jacuzzi, but swimming pool a bit cold! Nice lunch in hotel bar but bit awkward to get changed again to have lunch.

i went with my mum , she has never had a spa day before so i wanted it to be really special for her , the hotel was lovely and all the hotel staff were great , we had a fantastic day ! both of us had 2 mini treatments which both were fantastic and the beauty therapist were really help full . would like to also say great day and fantastic value for money .

My friend and I had a very relaxing and lovely day. The staff were very nice, friendly, and the environment clean and welcoming.

Was a bit taken a back at the cost of a light lunch and coffee though ! The food rate as good value as the day itself.

Very pleasant environment. Friendly staff. Had a very enjoyable and relaxed day. Lovely relaxed lunch and generally a lovely treat. Will visit again soon.

May try one of the other hotels in the chain as they all look very inviting.
