The pool is v small and overall the venue looks a little tired. Staff very friendly and therapist was great.
Not many facilities and the steam room is like a plastic cupboard however it was only £25 so OK for what I paid.

The hotel is a 15 minute drive from Chatham Rail Station. The staff at the hotel and spa were friendly and welcoming. The spa was clean and decorated nice. The therapist who done the treatments was top notch. The facial was the best one I've had and so was the back, neck and shoulder massage. The swimming pool is very small, not really big enough for swimming. The steam room was also small. It was busy when I attended and I had to wait to use each facility, think it would have been better if they had time slots. Overall, I enjoyed this spa day. Thank you

It is a lovely hotel and spa. The setting is nice and although it is situated near a very busy main road you would not know that once in there.
The staff were extremely helpful and polite, the spa staff were very smiley too.
We were left to relax with a cupof tea/coffee before entering for our treatments and spa.
We were able to book in an extra treatment each at short notice even though they were very busy.
I had never had a massage before and was a little wary as I have a bad back but I chatted with the therapist and was put at ease and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
The pool is a little small for proper swimming and the steam and sauna are on the small side too but overall a very enjoyable day.
Would definitatly go again!

I had a very good b'day weekend!! Everything was perfect and I really enjoyed my stay!! Nice and relaxing atmosphere, good choice of food and happy with the treatments. The only problem I could see is that the swimming pool is a bit too small and it's not really for swimming but enjoyed it anyway. Will definitely recommed!

I booked a spa day at Bridgewood Manor hotel and had a wonderful and relaxing time. The staff were really friendly and the therapist was great. The package included a back, neck and shoulder massage, a head massage and full use of the facilities. The only negative I would say is that the pool is a bit on the small side.

Although the hotel is rated 4stars the spa definitely isn't 4star. The sauna and steam rooms are very small. There were only 2 heated beds and the other loungers were very uncomfortable and you couldn't lay down properly. The back, neck and shoulder massage was fantastic. The foot ritual was more like a leg rub and not very good at all. For a basic spa at a good price with the Wahanda voucher it was ok.

I was happy with my facial treatment, which enable my skin to feel soft and smooth. The massage was very gentle, but I found the treatments were good overall. After the treatment I was able to work out in the gym and use the spa facilities, which I enjoyed immensely.
