I have had the same experience! I paid upfront and had 3 sessions and havent been able to get hold of her since the start of November. Does anyone know whats going on becaise im owed 3 laser sessions...

I've still not heard anything. I have reported her to trading standards and I have contacted my card company and reported her to them. I paid her £725, now to some that may not be a lot but it was to me. Some people have no morals...shame on her!!

No of course its a lot of money. You either have the treatment that you paid for or get a refund. I phoned the company yeterday and it said I have dialed an incorrect number so I dont know if she has gone out of business..

Same here, already paid 1000 pounds in advance, for laser treatment and try to contact her cause there are still 3 more consultations but cant get in touch with her, and today went by her office i was told that she "vanished" ...i dont know where to report her, any of you got any ideas??

I've had the same problem - nearly half way through a pre-paid course and she disappears Did you all get the sorry had to cancel appointments as i'm ill text and that she'd get back in contact but never did? I spoke to the dental surgery downstairs and they said to get into contact with the police - I think they said it was St Annes police station that were dealing with it - I still haven't got into contact with them yet

Yes I also got text to say she was ill and would be back in contact. I contacted the police and trading standards and I have been told to try and claim the money back through my credit card company. Does anyone know what has happened?

My sister went to Lisa o'nei, and bought six treatments for hai removal on the legs. The treatment did not work then was told she needed to buy six more treatments which she did not agree to she was told six treatments at the start . Once a liar and thief always a liar and thief. My sister went to another company and seen results on the first treatment.

Hi everyone. Myself and my sister have been to Laserderma. I received all of my treatments (luckily) but my sister didn't and is now out of pocket, as are the rest of you. Today I have been in touch with NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) as she is a registered nurse and I have been told how to make a complaint. I suggest that you all do the same so this can't happen again. I am not implying that we will get our money back, but hopefully some form of action will be taken i.e. she gets struck off! There is a contact number there if anyone needs help filling in the form. It can be sent via email or post. Her full name is 'Lisa Jayne O'Neil' , she has been on the register since 23/08/93. Expiry date is 31/07/13 so lets get this processed asap. I will check back here regularly incase anyone needs any more information that I may be able to help with. Lisa was forced to close by her business partner Alan Murrell, he took all her contacts, shut down her website and threatened her and her child. The only reason I know this is because I rang the numbers supplied on old emails and he gave me her private contacts which was out of order but I didn't know. Lisa has been through hell and sk:n - bold street are supposed to take on remaining treatments although when I contacted them 6 weeks ago they were still processing.

I have also rang numbers on old emails but not been able to contact anyone. I have also spoken to Skin, Bold Street myself and they are not taking on any treatments and said that they have no connection with Lisa or Laserderma whatsoever. It is now in the hands of the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
