I booked in at lamphey for a special treat for myself. The spa is brand new and in a beautiful setting. I had a lovely welcome when i arrived by the receptionist who was very chatty and friendly. The spa area is smaller than most spa's i have been too previously, this was a lovely change and at some points throughout the day i had the spa all to myself. My full body massage was very good with the therapist using just the right amount of pressure and she payed special attention to my neck area which i loved. I would definatley come back again and recommend this spa to anyone looking for a day to relax in beautiful suroundings.
