I went there for the IPl treatment which was available via kgb deals
the machine was broken, sometimes they were late opening the shop, on one occasion after my treatment they had burnt my skin above my lip and i called the the next day to discuss, but i am still awaiting thjat call, its been 11 weeks so far
the staff are always rude, as is the owners mum who works there and they have not called me back despite me having called them for the last 11 weeks on 8 occasions, customer service sucks and i will be contacting kgb to let them know of feedback
i suggest you guys do the same and get your money back from lacey lous, i will NOT be going again as the mother is always rude as is lacey and darcey
I went to Lacey Lou's for IPL. I regret having been there. IPL in that place doesn't work, my hair are exactly the same before the treatment. The machine was often broken. One of the lady is very rude. They only care about your money not about offering a good treatment.
