LA fitness Brooklands in Manchester is a friendly club with a wide range of facilities whatever aspect of fitness you enjoy. We have a fully equipped gym area which has a large variety of cardiovascular and resistance equipment available as well as a well-equipped Free Weights area.

LA fitness Brooklands in Manchester is a friendly club with a wide range of facilities whatever aspect of fitness you enjoy. We have a fully equipped gym area which has a large variety of cardiovascular and resistance equipment available as well as a well-equipped Free Weights area.
In addition to this we offer over 80 studio classes a week ranging from Yoga and Pilates to Body Pump and more energetic classes such as Body Combat and Spinning. We also have a swimming pool and a new sauna and steam room for relaxation. Other facilities include squash courts and a cafe bar. The club has something to offer all ages including children and is situated in a lovely area with views of fields.
