Didn't have any serious problems or issues but wasn't amazing. I had a voucher for 3 treatments which I got from three different people, and which varied quite a lot. Venue isn't fancy but fine, all the therapists were nice enough but the treatments were very quick and overall it was a bit dis-organised.
I recieved a warm welcome and was offered refreshments on arrival and though a little early my therapist was ready to start the treatments. The facial was the best I've had; my face looked, clear, clean and bright! I also had a body srcub which was really good, my only disappointment was there is no shower facility because of the lack of space, but as a local it didn't matter too much. I will be going back as I felt very comfortable with the staff working there.

My colleague recommended me from long time ago and from few months I was noticing her skin is amazing. After all I asked her the secret of her beautiful skin and she forced me to go there and then she presented me a gift voucher on my birthday which was just for facial. When I went there salon is ordinary but her treatments are amazing I spent more than half day. I must say that Raheela's hands are amazing and I recommended more friends as well. Other therapists are very good as well.

It is one of the worst facial I ever had. Being first timer to my surprise I been treated by one of the students whose first day was there. Also it wasn't very clean and maintained place. When I mentioned to the owner of saloon, she said sorry as the girl is new and its her first day thats why. However, suggest to book GBP 25 facial which she will do it herself.
Definitely recommend to make sure by whom you will be getting facial before booking it.
