With all my heart I would tell everyone to join. This is such a great expereince!!!
I haven't looked or felt this good since high school and I'm 43!
When you are really ready to get in shape this does it. We love it.
The classes are AMAZING.
We never did anything like this before and I was concerned because I hadn't worked out since before my kids were born (and they are 4 and 8) and I was really out of shape and felt horrible.
The trainers helps you so much. WE LOVE THE CLASSES.....Thank you GUYS!!!!!!! DEbi
