I would NEVER go back. I paid a year in advance and even though my contract says I can cancel with a HUGE fee, I have been unable to do so. I even spoke to the HEAD of NATIONAL sales because they have no customer relations department, and this title handles all cancellations, and I was still given the run around. We are talking about over 1K with personal training sessions and months still to come that they owe me for. TERRIBLE management has changed 3 TIMES IN 3 MONTHS. A few trainers quit and basically only one works in the morning. Also classes have been deleted leaving only 3 classes a week at 8;30 am and 2 at . 6:30 am. Everyone besides the GM is pretty cool but they all seem to hate their jobs now and SO MANY people that are members are trying to cancel. STAY AWAY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! friendly advice :)
