Certainly not luxurious, glad I only paid £15. Luckily the massage made up for it, the therapist used Aromatherapy Associates products which was a bonus.
Very difficult to book as well, have to ring at specific times as other hotel staff will not pass on messages or help with bookings in any way.

The masseuse at the Ki Spa was amazing, got all my knots out. Id been suffering with tension headaches for a while but she was fantastic, i felt instantly better. Never quite had a massage like it before (and ive had loads!)

When I arrived at Ki Spa, I was early. I made used of the spa facilities such as the swimming pool. I found the staff very friendly. I then had the Swedish Massage, which I found very relaxing. The therapist said I was very tense, but I felt much better after the treatment.
