Kinesis Studios - a centre of excellence in Pilates and GYROTONIC ® training. With a team of fantastic teachers, each with specialist interests and individual strengths and back-up from our highly skilled therapy team we are uniquely placed to care for all kinds of clients from every level of fitness.
Whether our clients are beginners to exercise, injured, highly trained athletes, pregnant or getting on in years, we make sure that working out with us is not a slap-dash “one system suits all” experience but one in which every individual can benefit.
Our Studio is a purpose built, light, bright space, fitted out with the best of Gratz, Peak, Balanced Body, GYROTONIC ® equipment and VibroGym and a variety of small specialized apparatus so that we have all the tools we need to deliver the most appropriate workout to each client on any given day.
Pilates, GYROTONIC ®, GYROKINESIS ® and Vibrational Training are available in Private, Duet or Group settings and taught either with strict adherence to one specific discipline or, where appropriate, blended together to introduce clients who are familiar with one discipline to another way of looking at moving the body.
Incorporating innovative twists to routines adapted to the individual needs and desires of our clients means that all our workouts are creative, fun, effective and will leave you looking and feeling better.
Kinesis Studios also offers the Boido method, a fusion of Western understanding through Psychoanalysis, Hypnotherapy and physical exercise, combined with ancient techniques from the East and West.

Hmmm... I was hoping for a good work out, especially sicne there were only four of us in the class. The upside is that this work out is taylored to suit each participant, the downside is that a lot of time is being waisted on explaining each participant the proper way of doing each exercise. I definitely didn't get value for money here and won't be going back...
