Write A ReviewI am 2 sessions in and loving it! As someone who exercises alot I find this class really suitable for a high fitness level. The instructor (Neil) is fantastic and really makes you work hard. It is never a problem going on your own as you get teamed up with others to workout with while doing the circuits. I can feel the benefits already. Can't wait for the rest of my sessions

Have been to a few sessions now. Really good fun workout which you will still feel days later. Classes are at good times for me. Facilities at the venue are good and location is excellent. Fantastic introductory offer and seriously considering getting a membership for this!

Great bootcamp, would have loved to go for more classes. Could feel my fitness improved even only going to one class a week. Great trainers, and brilliant that the classes were different each week.

I went to the bootcamp workout session and it was great value for money. It turned out to be the best workout I'd ever done and I felt great afterwards. I have been to many workout classes but have found them to get quite boring after a while, I did not feel the same in this class, I felt engaged throughout and had fun.
The teacher was great as he kept the activities flowing for the whole hour and had a lot of energy, which encourages everyone to keep going. It was a full class and the entire room was used, it would get too crowded in the room if anymore were to attend.
I would highly recommend this class as I felt great afterwards and am now looking forward to the next class!

Great training sessions with Adam, very challenging but enjoyable too! The variation of the work-outs from session to session kept it interesting. Jubilee Hall is an excellent gym as well. Will definitely be back.

Jubilee Hall is on the Piazza in Covent Garden-nice and central if you live/work in the area. I'm afraid that as a female I did find it a little male orientated-loads of bodybuilding types and most of the gym is given over to machinery, but the trainers are pleasant and approachable.
However, it is spacious and CLEAN-a big plus for me as hygiene standards at some gyms are awful, with a separate sauna in the ladies changing room.
The main studio has a varied timetable from Zumba to circuits-great.
My only real gripe is the lockers-they snaffle 20p each time you want to lock them and often take the 20p and not work! Its only 20p, but if like me, you want to go back to your locker several times, come prepared with a stack of coins and for lockers that are temperemental!

I bought a set of 10 classes (admittedly missed one due to illness) and went to the classes in the mornings twice a week. I loved the times of the morning classes - at 7.15, they gave me enough time to do an hour's worth of exercise and still get to work in loads of time.
The setting for the classes is the beautiful Jubilee Hall in Covent Garden. This gym is amazingly nice! The changing facilities are really good and the showers were usually ok - often no queuing, temperature usually constant and lots of room in the cubicles.
The classes were great - really energy and I definitely feel like I got the best out of my hour's worth of work. The instructors were really friendly but still really pushed you to try your hardest. I definitely saw results in the time I was there. The full price is also reasonable - it's more expensive than my local council run gym which is why I'm now there but I know many people who pay as much, if not more, than the subscription to here.
Overall, I would highly recommend.

Although I did not finish this bootcamp (got flu again), the sessions I went to were excellent. It is the best exercise routine for abs that I have had in a looooong time. The venue is located in a pretty trendy and historical part of London (I remember having my first oyster in Covent Garden back in the days). The venue is surprisingly spacious with adequate changing facilities (bliss), lots of showers and even a little sauna. I would (and have) highly recommended this bootcamp.

For somebody who is not motivated enough to use or own a gym membership this 'luxury (ie indoor) bootcamp' is a great alternative. the 7.15 am start is a slight drawback, and I am half dead before the end of the 'warm-up', but the circuit training is varied and entertaining and I have definitely noticed that I get less out of breath if I run for the bus; there is an improvement in my upper body strength and my thighs appear to be slimmer and more toned, which can only be a good thing.
Great value for money and a really good way to kick-start a fitness programme. Good range of participants of all ages, shapes and sizes so for a 40 something who is not used to exercise, I felt quite at home.
