Attractive spa facilities, with a steam room, several saunas and a warm jacuzzi pool with recliners. The snow room was an interesting bonus- lovely to cool down then go back into the steam room. The spa area was quite small but very relaxing. There was a separate relaxation room with very comfortable recliner beds, music, magazines and subdued lighting. The small gym was practically empty and had around eight treadmills, cross-trainers and weights.

The back treatment involved exfoliation, a mask and a very good hot stone massage, and the whole day was good value for money.

They had not booked my treatment in error so I had to take a later time slot- I would recommend double-confirming your treatment time.

The spa has all the basic facilities you would expect although a rather small area. We visited on a sunday so it was not too busy. We also enjoyed a light lunch where i personally felt service was slow and the waiting times a pretty unoccupied area where below satisfaction. Staff at front desk were very slow and not very apologetic about waiting times.

Overall i would visit the spa again for the treatments but would not pay over £40 for the use of facilities one could find in a local gym.

This was a fantastic day of pampering!!! The facilities were great: very clean and well maintained and a good variety - particularly liked the snow paradise and the steam room. It was an incredibly relaxing experience and I loved the spa area with the big beds and "star-like" sky.

The change rooms were clean and well maintained and the products such as shampoo/moisturiser etc were lovely and loved the fact they had GHDs for use too!

The treatment itself (back relief massage) was very good and my therapist very nice. Loved the relaxation room that the therapist took me to afterwards with its curved day beds; had good intentions of reading my book but instead had a lovely snooze instead!

All in all, a great day and good value for money given the quality of the spa facilities and the treatment.

This was my first time spa experience so I remained open-minded and wanted to see if my experience would be worthwhile. I read the reviews but seeing is believing and everyone has individual expectations. I was on a 40th birthday treat and I can say that the spa experience delivered on all counts. I left there forgetting I was in cold rainy England and felt I should have emerged from the tranquility of the venue to stroll on a sun laden beach! The venue is close to Shepherds Bush tube/overground station. It's about 5 mins walk and you have Westfield Shopping Centre so nearby to get a bit to eat or to shop till you drop.
The spa staff were welcoming and accommodating. The therapists allowed me to do a 1 hr pedicure with my friend as opposed to having 2 consecutive appointments. Even though I made a week's advanced request for it, they were unable to confirm it would go ahead until I actually arrived there.
I had a great time: from the time we arrived. You are supplied with a gown and slippers and you have an ample supply of towels. While we sipped a glass of champagne and were given a bar of white chocolate, we were in heaven having the foot treatment. You can chose your nail colour from a wide range of Opi colours and the chocolate foot treatment smells and feels good enough to eat. We leisurely used the spa facilities. After the treatment you are taken to the rest room which is divine that you can nod easily not wanting to do anything else as you are so chilled out. You have a supply of water and fruit in this room and can listen to chill-out music using their headphones. If you want a good read, take your own book and/supply of magazines. You need to ask a staff member to give you access to this room if you choose to leave it and want to re-enter.
One tip is to go armed with your body scrubs and hair shampoo and conditioner if you use particular products. They have a good hairdryer and GHD tongs to use. I presume that they have more than one of each when it gets busy there.
The snow room (the only one in London) is great to use in between use of the sauna, hydrotherapy pool, steam room and sanarium. Apparently the snow gets rid of cellulite so we were vigorously rubbing it on our thighs like mad!!
You can come and go as you please when you have the use of the spa faciilities for the day. I went on a Wednesday and it was practically empty but the time I got around using the spa facilities. It is unisex so take some decent swimwear with you. Hotel residents and eternal customers use the facilities.
I have recommended it to all of my girlfriends. I would definitely return again. I am a stickler for cleanliness and the venue did not disappoint in that regard.I can see now for myself why the reviews I previously read all say that they'd want to re-visit this place. I left there relaxed, chilled-out and wanting more. I have a great night's sleep that night too.

I arranged a trip here on a colleague - team building type of exercise and it worked really well! Many of the others hadnt been to many spas before and this is a perfect one to start with.

I went for one of the "journey" treatements with a floatation tank experience in the middle. I must say, it left me incredibly relaxed and made my skin glow for days. The ice room is the best facility - it is such a novelty and the jacuzzi beds are fantastic. It is a shame that there isnt a pool in the spa area but we had a fabulous time and it wasnt too far to wander to the champagne bar in Westfield afterwards!

The only downside i'd say is that I had expected a bit more glamour from the hotel itself - the building isnt that great but once you're inside, the spa really is worth it. I will definitely be going back.

I would like to say this was an amazing spa, I would definitely go back again, the facilities are immaculate, the staff are welcoming and accommodating. My treatment was a dry floatation treatment which was nice and relaxing however not the best, I wish I got a massage or scrub because I can imagine how good it would have been. The spa facilities made up for it though, I was surprised there was a snow paradise which again was great to say I've tried something new. Changing room facilities were top tip, there were ghd straighteners and a powerful hair dryer which i feel is a great extra because it can be a pain without these facilities. I also like the fact it was quite quiet, there weren't so many people using the facilities at once so there was time to relax and unwind alone without having to make space for others. I loved the star lit ceiling added to the relaxing feel.

Overall I would rate this Spa a 10/10 ***** stars and hope Wahanda use this spa again for more deal especially massage or body scrub deals.

This was a superb experience. It really was world class as the K Spa blurb claims.

I started by sampling the wonderful relaxation rooms which included sauna, sanarium and ice room.

I then had a dry floatation experience - which is not in the normal range of treatments listed. For 30 minutes I was enveloped in a 'blanket' which contained water. I was effectively floating, but not in the water! The experience was relaxing and refreshing at the same time. It finished off with me being lead to the relaxation room with easy beds, dimmed lights and music via headphones.

I felt truly pampered. Wish I could escape to this oasis on a weekly basis.
