This is a lovely local salon! It's very clean and fresh, and the staff are absolutely wonderful - friendly and welcoming but also very courteous and professional. The treatments are good - the therapist worked really hard on my sore shoulders during the massage. I have previously had a manicure and pedicure - beautiful job on my finger and toe nails, but I was a bit disappointed that my heels were not as soft afterwards as they have been in other places - I don't think whatever the therapist used (not sure - possibly pumice stone or something similar?) was enough and would have preferred something a bit more abrasive. Overall this is my favourite salon in Edinburgh so far, and I'm look forward to visiting again soon.

Full body Swedish massage was very relaxing and great value for money. Handy location, have recommended and will re visit myself. Might even go for a different treatment next time.

Good central location, nicely decorated salon with a relaxing ambience. My therapist was very friendly and the massage was great and very relaxing. Will go back and have recommended this salon already.

Ivy is a lovely place to go- calm and relaxing - and easy to get to. The staff are polite, friendly and really really good at their jobs! :-)
My massage was exactly what I needed and had the exact right amount of pressure, and I feel great after it.

Although the shop is quite well hidden, when I went in I was welcomed by a very smiley receptionist who gave me a form to fill in. The form asked questions about myself for identification purposes but also about allergies, medication, etc that could interfere with the treatments I undergo. I thought it was a nice touch, very caring actually. Then the therapist, also very smiley and friendly, led me to a very nice room with chill-out music and pretty walls. It was the first time I had hot wax hollywood waxing so I was a bit nervous but she was very understanding and reassured me so I felt much better.
I was very lucky to have the voucher as it was only £12 (well worth it!) instead of £30. I don't normally treat myself to beauty treatments so I feel a bit bad spending so much on waxing but I am actually considering going back. They gave me a top class treatment. I highly recommend it!! Thank you, Ivy!!

What left was quite uneven!!! Just a little line of hair on the left handside, not that nice to look at!
And the other part wasn't totally hairfree as well.
I wasn't that satisfy to be honest.

The staff were very friendly. The shop was warm, inviting and clean, and the music was calming too! My eyebrow tint only took ten minutes max. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I have just relocated to Edinburgh so was looking to find a good beauty therapist close to home. I took advantage of the deal on Wahanda and was really impressed with the services received
The salon I attended was clean yet welcoming. The staff are ALL lovely and the service is fast, efficient and to a high standard
I am really pleased with the result of my treatment and highly recommend The Ivy to anyone looking for a professional, friendly beauty experience
10 out of 10 (I have been back since for other treatments)

This is the first time I've ever had my eyebrows tinted so was quite nervous about getting it done. But when i went to Ivy, I got great advice and was really comfortable there. The staff were lovely. Will definitely go back and would recommend this place.
