I just finished my six sessions of IPL hair removal with Ivo Venturi and I am very happy with the results. During the treatments I changed few therapists and all of them were very careful and nice!
The value of money I paid is absolutely worthy!

The nail technician was very polite, helpful and professional.

Over all I have had a good experience at Ivo venturi, I am currently having IPL hair removal through groupon and so far I am satisfied with the treatment as I thought from previous experiences through voucher company's I would have the same experience as the rest.
Staff were friendly and were nice to talk to.
I have actually attended other salons in London through groupon and was completely dissatisfied with the service.

Would definitely recommend other people to come.

Happy with treatment as I was aware and was told from the beginning of treatment that I will need more session as it takes longer for it to work on different people.

Still attending Ivo venturi and will do in the future as been to other Salons in London and was not happy with service regardless of going through Groupon. Definitely worth the money!!!!!!!

Bought this for £20 and thought it was good value. The location of the spa was convenient. Booking was slightly tricky as the booking was more than 4 weeks away in order to get weekday evenings and weekend bookings.

I had my first treatment last week, so i don't want to say anything about the EPL treatment as i'm not sure whether it will work or not for 6 months.
With regards to the venue and booking my slot it wasn't hard as i booked this appointment one month in advance so i could obviously choose the day and time!

Very small waiting room. Nice facial, skin felt and looked great after. Therapist was a bit too chatty for my liking as I wanted to relax not listen to her love life woes.

The ambience and facilities at this venue were very basic but the staff were pleasant.

The therapist was consientious and it was a refreshing change that no-one at the venue was pushing products, but a little guidance on future care would have been helpful.

The spa was very busy and in the waiting area not very relaxing with all the people coming and going and phones ringing. The massage was disappointing, I was expecting a deep massage to remove the knots and that wasn't the case. The therapist didn't quite latch the door when she left after the massage and as I was getting dressed it flew open as a couple of men walked past in the adjoining passge, that was not a good ending. I wouldn't use this place again.

It was quite hard to find the venue and as it was a hot day I was hoping to be offered a drink on arrival but instead was rushed to fill out my form and taken in for my treatment. My voucher was for one of two treatments but I wasn't given the choice, although was informed the second treatment wouldn't suit my skin. The facial was very relaxing and the steaming and extraction was very effective, my skin felt soft and cleansed for several days. I probably would go back at the right price.
