When I arrived the two receptionist consulted the schedule and told me there was a conflict with my appointment so it had to be cancelled. They then proceeded to ask if I was available tomorrow (keep in mind I scheduled three weeks in advance!!). While the one receptionist went to speak to the manager, the other sat staring blankly and stupidly at the computer, not even apologising.
I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism and the fact they did absolutely nothing to apologise for this inconvenience. As well, the facilities were dirty and tired looking - hardly a relaxing environment
In short, this salon is not recommended for anyone.
