I booked some highlights for my natural hair, I was very excited this was the first time I was getting colour on my hair ever.

I arrived early, the receptionist greeted me I took a seat and waited , when my appointment time I expected my stylist to call me over she didn't, kept me waiting I wouldn't have minded but I could see her sitting down so I immediately I felt annoyed, there was no apology

I expect a trained hair stylist to know the proper way to comb afro hair, she didn't and when I complained she asked me to comb it my self I was appalled but didn't want to make a fuss.

The dye its self was satisfactory but she used an highlight cap didn't use foil so for the price it does not take much skill at all.

I just didn't expect such a low level of customer service and would not go again.

Initially attended salon with a friend who was having her nails done. Was so impressed with the lady's work, had mine done also. Usually dont bother with my nails unless going out but really loved the look and shine of the nails. So far been 3 weeks. Good job.

I was greeted and offered tea on my arrival by an exceptional receptionist, very friendly and smiley. Exactly what a person needs! But after that it went down hill.... I arrived 5 minutes early as requested to complete forms, but was then kept waiting a further 20 mins due to a previous clients lateness. As previously mentioned by another review, conversations with the therapist was an arduous task which really should not have been. A good therapist talks through the procedure (especially as I had never had this treatment before), asks you if you are going on holiday etc, but not a single thing out of her, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Once the treatment was over she applied sun cream but there was no recommendations on after care (although I had read on the internet to keep sun at bay for the next 48 hours. Although this is the nearest branch to my home, I will not be using for beauty again. I may try the other branch in Catford for any form of beauty treatments as unfortunately, only the receptionist was brilliant!

Recommended by a friend who had been previously and loved her nails. Couldnt believe the price, thought I may get a slightly substandard service or salon but all in all very pleased indeed. Went in for nails (normally pay almost double for my bio sculpture) and came out having booked a colonic that was on special offer. Couldnt fault either. Everyone was very nice to me even the male hairdresser who saw to me when everyone was busy. Will definitely go back - wanna try the lashes next

I went to Inspire when it first opened to get my eyebrows waxed. I was taken downstairs and could not fault the treatment. However, after a couple of months the lady started doing my eyebrows whilst sat in a chair in the salon! She also began to smell heavily of smoke so I started using the nail shop a few doors down which was much nicer!

I chose to have some waxing done at inspire after looking at the website and seeing the good range of treatments at reasonable prices so thought I'd give them a go! I was taken down to treatment room but wasn't given a towel during my treatment so felt very exposed! The therapist made hardly any convo with me so I made an effort to speak to her but as a therapist I know it should have been the other way round its just I don't like awkward silences! After the treatment was done I paid and left however a couple of days later a rash appeared on the area I had waxed..not a good sign! I have had a lot of waxing and have never had a bad reaction! I will not be retuÈning to this salon I was left itchy and sore for days all it can be put down to is bad hygiene!

I’ve just had my first experience at Inspire Beauty and I’ll certainly be going back for more.
I spotted the 'beauty parlour' when it first popped up on Sydenham High Street about a year ago. I said to myself: “That’s the kind of place I’d like to get my hair done” - because of its stylish interior and the added option to indulge yourself in the latest beauty treatments all in the same place. Potential you could leave the salon glamorised and pampered from head to toe – I love it! What’s more they have a great loyalty scheme so you’re rewarded with discounts the more you spend – good for business and even better for me.
The staff are welcoming especially the young lady Natalie on reception and my stylist Stacy, we clicked straight away (which is always good if your letting someone lose in hair for the first time) and did she gave me a fantastic do! What more can a girl want. And the only reason I got to enjoy the magic of Inspire was because I couldn’t get hold of my regular hairdresser.
