WARNING TO EVERYONE!
you do not want your friends, daughters or sisters working at this salon!!

Innocent girls who don't no any better are coming out of college working ridiculous hours (often without a break) and NOT getting paid for it!!

All these comments about therapist looking miserable? THAT'S WHY!!

People need to be warned of this salon, it's sick and unacceptable that young girls are being treated this way !!

God knows how this woman is getting away with it, but she is, and by entering this salon.. You are condoning it!!!!

Totally relaxing experience with Lorraine. She decided to do my pedi and mani before the facial and massage which was good as it gave my nails time to dry. I could feel all the knots in my back breaking up with the massage. All in all a lovely afternoon.

If you would like to keep the skin around your bikini line, then visit this joke of a salon at your own risk. I went in on the off-chance they had an appointment there & then, was told 10 minutes, was still waiting half an hour later. That, however, was just the beginning of the worst wax I have ever experienced. I'm pretty good with pain, and have had many waxes before. The girl carrying out the treatment seemed to have no idea what she was doing. The pain was ridiculous, and I know now i should've asked her to stop. It took the therapist over an hour to do a simple bikini wax, and at now point did she ever seem like she knew what she was doing.
Over 2 weeks later, the area is still inflamed, and in the first few days after the treatment, all the skin blistered and peeled off. Utterly dreadful pain, ruining the first part of a much-needed holiday.

I've had two massages with Alex at InnerSpirit now, both have been amazing! Hot stones added to the relaxation, especially now that the autumn is settling in. They also gave me a voucher for my birthday for money off my next treatment, even more of a bargain!! Thank you so much :)

I have been using Innerspirit since December 2011. I started as a groupon customer & have returned to have different sorts of treatments there & have never had reason to complain or not return. All the staff have been helpfull & friendly. Tina, the owner has done treatments herself when there has been staff ilness, she has never let me down. I will continue to use innerspirit as i am now a membership holder. Thanks Tina & all the staff

I had never visited this therapy centre before but thought it was really great. Easy parking. Friendly therapist.

I went to Innerspirit on a Groupon voucher with my mum and I have to say I was very impressed. The stylist appointed to us, Kirsty, was friendly, talkative and confident. The manageress was also friendly and talkative depsite the obvious workload in front of her.

I liked to see that some of the staff we're younger as I appreciate how difficult it is to find a job when you have left college. I also enjoyed the manageress' open minded view on the matter.

I found the premesis to be clean and comfortable and I was offered a drink as soon as I sat down.
I would deffinately go there again and take my friends with me.

Thank you for a lovely relaxing time, great massage. You staff are always so hard working and I know you are always seeking to get the best therapist and stylists you can.

I have been sadden and surprised by the bad reviews, can only say that its always best to say something on the day rather than going home a getting uptight.

Your staff do not deserve to be given this sort of review and neither do you.

Whenever I leave your salon I feel refreshed and relax, which its just what I would expect.

When I had my hair cut there last month I was very pleased, since then it has look so much healthier .

they are expanding and currently struggling with the space they have, but don't be put off by the lack of space. They are fortunate enough to have inspirational leadership in their well presented & extremely friendly manageress. She has a no nonsense attitude towards the running of this salon which is reflected in her girls, who are friendly, professional & skilful. This is one of the friendliest salon's I've been to. I love the atmosphere there & the staff really seem to enjoy their work.
