The spa is part of the LA Gym, downstairs where all the changing facilities are. The space inside feels very limited although the treatment rooms are comfortable enough. The therapist was good, the facial was nice but nothing to write home about. Was a good experience, good value for money but I won't be rushing back.

The lady at the front desk was really nice. My wax was mediocre with a clinical feel. The therapist left a lot of wax after "finishing" meaning my socks and trousers stuck to me. My hairs are well rooted and she seemed patient to tweeze out the many remaining. I'm less patient. Should more have come out to start with? I don't know but I'm not a regular waxer but this didn't make me want to start

It was lovely to have a aromatherapy and massage, but I must say that I much prefer the beauty places on their own, not as a part of a gym facilities. But it's just me. The therapist was really nice though.

The therapist was really good. I've been really lucky as I tried others which I didn't like. And she also gave me 5mins more of massage. I could see she really like her job. Unfortunetely she's not working there anymore.

Really friendly therapist, nice enough surrounds, given that it's based in a gym, though definitely doesn't have a 'luxury' feel. The only thing was that within a couple of days, my face looked like i had a severe acne problem. I've never had this before with facials (the odd spot, yes, but this was probably 20 or 30 pimples over my face/forehead). don't know if it was the method or the product, but i wouldn't personally go back for a facial, though i enjoyed the massage.

I had the facial and massage and felt pretty relaxed after the treatments. The Imagine Spa was part of a leisure centre in South Kensington. The therapist was good and managed to deal with all the knots in my shoulders when doing the massage.

The experience was great. I'd highly recommend this to anyone. The salon is clean and the therapist is really friendly.

However the facility was limited as the salon is situated within a gym.

i had so much tension in my shoulders......the therapist simply worked on them till she had broken down a great deal of the build up......the next day i felt so relaxed and my shoulders were no longer up beside my ears.......

On entering the salon I wasn't particularly impressed with the surroundings in the 'waiting area', which was a bit cramped and busy. However, once I got into the treatment room, I had a fantastic experience. The therapist was brilliant and I had the best facial and massage I've had to date! It was really relaxing and I came out feeling very refreshed. The only drawback was that at one point I could hear small children shouting outside the room but aside from that I had a very enjoyable time and would definitely return for a massage here. The therapist was very knowledgeable and recommended some great products I could use in the future too.

I remember the spa when it was under a different management and was always happy with treatments received. That's why a booked in for a facial and a massage (not knowing owner's changed). The treatment room was right outside the reception area and a hallway that leads into the changing rooms. The reception staff & therapists (that were currently not busy with any treatments) had no consideration regarding treatments going on as were speaking, gossiping and talking so loudly the massage and facial ended up to be a stressful rather than a distressful experience. To make matters worse they had no relaxing music in the treatment room to take your mind off things, not that it would silenced the noise and chatter outside. Left a very unprofessional image and would never go back!! The treatment itself was ok, but not enough to make you want to go back.
