A lovely place. The ambiance and setting is very beautiful and helps to make the day very relaxing. The staff are very accommodating and the facilities are all brand new. I especially liked the sauna and the steam room, which were both very spacious indeed and overlooked the pool. The gym is a little small, but has some good equipment in there so you can get a good all round workout if you like. The changing rooms are a little small but overall the whole place makes for a very relaxing day out. Must say I enjoyed it.

The first thing to mention is that this hotel in not in the airport and the postcode on the voucher is not recognised by satnav! Make sure you type in the road name if you make a visit otherwise you will get lost like we did. The spa is new and I think there are a couple of things that could be addressed to make the experience even better:
1) the changing room consists of a bench ie there are no cubicles.
2) there are no bins so used water cups were left by the pool etc and lots of used slippers left lying about
3) the massage stated in the brochure involved a head massage which our therapists didn't perform?
4) we were not offered any herbal tea

Having said that the hydrotherapy pool was great, you can have the jaccuzzi jets on as much as you like and the steam and sauna rooms were good and on all the time. We weren't rushed by any of the staff and we could have stayed until closing, or so it seemed. Lovely hot water in the shower and shampoo and conditioner was provided which was an added bonus. Plus hair dryers. Overall a really enjoyable experience which did leave me relaxed, but I don't like I would have wanted to pay any more for it due to the above but as is great value for money. Thanks Wahanda!

This was our second visit to Imagine, and it was great again.
This time we had the Serail Mud Chamber for helf an hour and we loved it. We had two different kinds of mud; one to put on our faces and one for the body. The steam in the chamber smelled beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the treatment.
The place was busy and I think it would be good if there were more loungers in the pool area as we had to wait for a while to be able to get one.
The facilities were lovely, clean and well-kept, just like last time and we enjoyed the jacuzzi pool, the sauna, the steam room and the mineral room.
I really enjoy Imagine Spa, highly recommended and I'll definitely go back even though they don't have a full size pool.

Lovely little spa, nice atmosphere, good treatments.
The Hydotherapy Pool was very cold, which was a shame. It should have been at least 36 degrees, not 30.
Otherwise excellent all round.

Lovely hotel and Spa facilities. The half hour massage went very quickly and I didn't expect it to involve the backs of my legs?! I felt the treatments were a bit pricey, but could this be due it being in a hotel of such a high standard. My mum and I had a lovely relaxing time, staff were very friendly and welcoming and the Spa facilities were very good. I would recommend it and return there myself.
I found the hotel quite easily and parking is validated for up to 6 or 8 hours, courtesy of the Spa, so don't forget to ask when signing out!

I organised us girls a relaxing spa day...just because. Making the booking was very easy and the staff were very helpfull with helping me choose the treatments and also telling me about the current offers. We decided to have one of the valentines day offers, which also included a lovely glass of bubbly! The facilities were very nice and we all enjoyed our massages. I had a deep tissue massage which hit just the right spots and felt much more relaxed afterward.

We really enjoyed our day and I will definitely retrun to maybe take my hubby for a treat. I think all of us girls will do this again soon.

i contacted this spa just days before valentines day, with not a clue of what to do for my partner and time running out fast. The person i spoke to on the phone was extremely friendly and really helpful as being a man i had no idea what goes on in these sorts of places.

It took a little while to get to as got lost several times, although whenwe arrived the hotel was just amazing. We were greeted and took through to changed. We were shown all the different rooms and how to use everything and given a herbal tea (not really my sort of thing, but very enjoyable) we both chose our treatments finished our drinks and headed to the pool.

two young therapists came to get us for our treatments and we had them in the same room which was nice as it being my first spa experience after the treatments we relaxed in the chill out are with a glass of bubbly. Overall a great experience and lots of brownie points for me cheers ladies at imagine spa

This was my second visit to this spa, this time with a friend who had never experienced it before. Had a amazing time, staff really friendly, location great and facilities excellent. My friend really enjoyed the experience too.
Have to say, had the best deep tissue massage I have ever had!!! Been fortunate to have had a few in the past but this was something else. The therapist I had (Victoria) was amazing, really friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Oh, and the heated oil felt so good too - nice touch.
Would definately reccomend to all my friends and family.
Can't wait to enjoy the whole experience all over again.....

Lovely and quiet. Only minus point was that it is not actually in Heathrow Terminal 5, but you need to take a bus from terminal 5 which costs £8 return. So for 2 of us that added £16 to our trip.
